PEA Group was responsible for the civil engineering of Evelyn’s Park. This city-owned park is located in Bellaire, Texas, on the north side of Bellaire Boulevard between Newcastle and Mulberry Streets, and sits on a 5-acre tract. The park developer, Evelyn’s Park Conservancy, selected the international landscape architecture, planning, and urban design firm, the SWA Group, as the park designer.
The park design features a series of themed gardens that wrap around the great lawn. Additionally, uniquely aesthetic features and representative of both the Bellaire community and its values can be seen throughout the park.
Completed in 2017, Evelyn’s Park now welcomes visitors and residents alike, into the City of Bellaire and serves as a gathering place for the community.
